Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Hey Motek does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any other commercial purposes. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We only share data with service providers who are necessary to operate our Service (such as cloud hosting, payment processing, WhatsApp messaging infrastructure, and the Customer's own advertising platforms), as described in our Privacy Policy.

As part of the Service, we upload advertising conversion data (including hashed identifiers such as hashed phone numbers) to our Customers' own Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising accounts. These uploads are performed on behalf of the Customer as a data processor — they are not a sale of personal information under California law (CCPA) or similar laws.
